A brief description of the business you are choosing.

The business that I am choosing is Amway they are considered to be the pioneer of multilevel marketing and direct sales marketing. The original product offered by Amway was liquid cleansing. It was the first concentrated, biodegradable and environment-friendly cleansing product. That was the start. Now, Amway has become the world’s largest direct sales business with 3 million independent consultants who promote more than 450 personal care, household, nutrition and cleaning products. It is a global player of personal and skin care.

My project would be a case study with SWOT analysis; strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats can be reviewed in order to decide further planning for the organization. Also how it affects the independent business owners to produce positive outcomes. This company changes its technology based on the system. For instance, shareholders and stakeholders have to meet IBOs, employees and board of directors to get more information about the company.

  Your reason for choosing this project.

I selected to project because I am very interested in becoming an Independent business owner (IBO) increasing availability of the products in international market On-line platform has proved to be an ideal scope for Amway to promote its products internationally and locally. There is a bright opportunity for this organization. It could tie up with national and international chains of beauty salons and beauty experts in order to introduce its products to more consumers.

 I estimate that my paper will be between 15-25 pages.

Examples of project types that might be proposed to meet these requirements include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of a strategic plan for an organization.

• A strategic analysis of all or a selected part of an organization.

• Development of a case study of all or a selected part of an organization.

• Development of an intervention, such as a workshop or training activity, that is broad- based enough to demonstrate the program-level outcomes.

• Development of a consulting report on a problematic issue within an organization, provided that the issue is broad-based enough to demonstrate program-level outcomes.

You may propose other structures for the capstone project so long as you are able to identify how the proposed project satisfies the requirement of demonstrating the program-level outcomes.When choosing your topic, keep in mind that your capstone project must result in recommendations, next steps, or some other type of actionable, evidence-based takeaways for the reader or subject of the project.

 Unit 5 – You will submit the final proposal in Unit 5 to the instructor for grading. (Appendix C below contains an outline you may adapt to prepare your proposal.)
