Your final assignment is to write a research paper (minimum of 6-8 pages) on the topic of charismatic or servant leadership.  You will also select a leader who you feel represents the type of leadership you select to research.  You may select any leader you choose with the exception of Martin Luther King, Jr. Your paper must include research about the topic and your leader.

Your paper must have an introduction/background, body, and conclusion.  Please make sure to carefully proofread/edit your paper. Pay particular attention to spelling and grammatical errors.

Please use MLA style for citations.  Your bibliography must contain at least three sources/references. Type in Word format with double spacing using a regular size 12 point font.  

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a loss of points.
