Please provide an example of your best team/group experience in the workplace or educational setting. This paper is due in class week 3. In 3-5 pages please answer the following:
1.    What was your performance goal?
2.    What role did you play on this team? And what was your chief contribution to the performance goal? What strengths did you use to make this contribution?
3.    What conditions led to your success? Integrate course concepts to analyze why your team experience was a success.
