You are working on a project to develop an Intranet and several people are confused about who needs to do what for the testing portion of the project. The team members include you, a programmer/analyst, a network specialist, and a business analyst. You have been working closely with the managers in other departments to make sure everyone know's what's going on with the project. One of the issues you have is working effectively with the user group during testing. You know that several of your project team members are very introverted and strong thinking types, while several members of the user group are very strong extroverted and strong feeling types.
