The offshoring of American Jobs is becoming a popular trend for organizations that are looking to reduce operation costs. Using the internet and library resources, research two American companies that offshored job functions to a different country.
In a 3-4 page paper complete the following:
- Describe the job functions they have offshored. What country did they move to?
- Has this improved the overall performance of the organization?
- Describe how offshoring affects Human Resources Managers. What do you think are some of the advantages and disadvantages?
