Looking back at your own job history) or interviewing someone you know well about his or her job history), identify a firm that does a poor job training its employees.  Design (i.e., outline) the ideal training program for this company.  Be sure to outline the key elements of orientation, job-specific training for at least three different positions, and management development.  Include recommended timing for each type of training (e.g., skills, training updates every six months, management development once a year).  How would your training program improve profitability for the company?
