Activity 6  Perform a Cost Estimation   (15 Points)

To determine the possible financial impact of the dispute and risk to your project, you will need to estimate costs associated with proposed solutions. Generate a summary of these cost estimates in a spreadsheet format of your choosing. Identify specific costs, how the numbers were determined, and the impact on the overall project. Provide an explanation of the assumptions, costing factors, and project impact for at least three (3) of the proposed dispute solutions.

Support your paper with minimum of three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: Spreadsheet that will accurately portray the cost estimation calculations for the contractor dispute PLUS a written explanation to explain the assumptions, cost factors and estimation methodology. Total summary and cost methodology explanation length is 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages.

Your paper and spreadsheet should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards (where applicable). Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University's Academic Integrity Policy.
