Research and identify four (4) additional peer-reviewed journal articles that complement the preliminary problem analysis. Compare the successes and failures in the field. Provide a restatement of the problem, analysis of the problem, and possible solutions to the problem for these in a paper. How would these findings support your proposed solution and recommendations? Provide specific examples where applicable.

Support your paper with a minimum of four (4) scholarly resources in addition to the required readings. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 6-7 pages not including title and reference pages
