Assess the Neoclassical Trade Theory 

Research three to five scholarly articles, and then critique the following statement: “For a world in which international trade would be based only on the differences featured in the Heckscher–Ohlin theory, the shift from no trade to free trade is like a zero-sum game” (Pugel, 2015, p. 63). 

Determine whether the existing literature supports this statement or not. Justify your reasoning with cited scholarly sources and examples where possible.  

Support your paper with 3-5 scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included. 

Length: 6-7 pages, not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA 6th edition standards.
