Identifying the difference between strategic issues and tactical issues is a skill top-level managers employ. This activity gives you practice identifying, through analogy, the differences between strategic decisions/actions and tactical or operational decisions/actions.

Assignment Details Using the required writing structure, describe a strategic decision you made at some point in your life. As a thesis statement, describe your strategic choice by citing your alternatives and by including the background or setting that led to this decision. Secondly describe at least three tactical decisions or actions needed to carry out the goals specified in your strategic decision. Summarize and include the life lesson you received from the experience.
