write a Proposal

the proposal assignment is to identify a problem that you feel needs to be solved either at work or at school and write an internal proposal offering a solution to the problem.

You will prepare an INTERNAL proposal as described in Chapter 13.

Your proposal should begin with a 2-paragraph introduction in Memo format and should include the following components:

Problem Statement

Proposed Solution

Cost Analysis

Vendor Description

Timeline or Schedule of Delivery

Conclusion and Recommendation

Your completed proposal should:

be five to seven pages long,

be double-spaced, and

be typed using a 12-point font.

 Also, the facts and figures may be reasonable estimates; you do not have to acquire actual quotes for your proposal.
