write a literature review about Police/Community Relations

Literature Review, no more than 7 pages, with 20 sources. 10 of these sources need to be refereed, scholarly articles. Any other sources need to be scholarly books and/or reputable websites (no newspapers, magazines, or blogs). Needs introduction which introduces topic and why it is important to the scholarly literature. Also needs bibliography that has all sources cited in the paper.
