GUIDELINES FOR LABORATORY REPORT PRESENTATION

1. Laboratory reports are acceptable only in the format mentioned here.

2. The laboratory report must be precise, neat and should contain all the necessary parts mentioned in the format.

3. Each student group is required to save the graded laboratory report.

4. The Lab. report may be printed typed or neatly hand written. The student should check spelling and grammar.

LABORATORY REPORT PRESENTATION FORMAT

The report should include the following, in order:

1. A Title Page, which includes the following information:

(a) The Experiment number

(b) The Experiment name

(c) The course number

(d) The date the report is due

(e) The student's full name(s)

2. The main body of the report starts on page 1 and includes the following items:

(a) Objectives (Maximum of five lines)

(b) Circuit diagrams, Schematics (draw neatly)

(c) Theoretical Calculations (if applicable)

(d) Truth tables, Boolean equation, K-map (if applicable)

(e) Data (if applicable in table form)

(f) Results as Boolean equation, circuit diagram, K-map, Programs steps must be presented neatly & orderly.

(g) Answer to questions given in the Lab. manual

(h) Discussion of results
