Reflect on a situation in which you had a conflict with someone because of your race, generation, or gender. Consider situations where you were employed, shopped, or volunteered. What was the conflict? How was it resolved-or was it not resolved? Explain with details.

After you post your response, analyze another student's story and respond to it. Include what you think caused the conflict; is it different from what the student suggests? What could have been done to resolve this conflict in a more positive way?
