• Use the project charter you created in Week 2 to complete this week’s assignment.
• Create a 100–150-word project budget.
• Create a 150–200-word WBS with an activity list for your project. Hint: You can refer to WBS examples from Chapters 6 and 7 of your textbook.
• Write a 450–500-word reflection and analysis paper about your WBS and project planning thus far. Your analysis should include responses to the following questions:
  • How do you feel about the WBS and budget you made? Are you confident that each is in its final form? Why or why not?
  • What was most challenging about developing the WBS and the budget?
  • What relationships exist between the tasks on your WBS? Are there different kinds of relationships? How will those relationships affect your scheduling?
  • Referring to the needs outlined in your budget, how do you plan to resource your project? Can you predict any resourcing or scheduling challenges?
  • What do you need to do before you can start planning related to potential risks for your project?
  • What steps can you take immediately to move forward and prepare the final project for this course? 

• Include a minimum of two sources, which may consist of readings from the University Library, your text, or other selections.
