You are the CEO of a small chain of women's clothing stores. You notice that your total sales are beginning to dwindle as other clothing stores are opening close by. Not only do the other stores have lower prices, but they also carry men's and children's clothes in addition to women's. You realize that you must make a decision right away regarding this situation. Using the six steps in decision making discussed in your textbook, decide on a course of action to improve sales and increase profitability of your company. Compose a paper discussing your course of action and how the six steps helped you reach your decision. Explain why you feel the decision you make is the correct one for your company.
