The following objective must be cover on a 600 words reflexion paper ;

5.1 Arrange the appropriate controls, performance measures, and feedback systems to use for various business scenarios.

5.2 Evaluate the application of a deliberate plan and make necessary adjustments to continuous improvement and crisis

management scenarios. 

The paper must  include the topics you feel comfortable with, any topics you struggled with, and how the weekly topics relate to application in your field.  Business Managmenet is the topic that can be use to related to the objectives.
