You have just graduated from college and are looking to join an entrepreneurial start-up for your first job after college. What three qualities are you most looking for in the leader of your business team (the founder of the company)? This does nothave to be from some of the qualities discussed in lecture. Explain what these qualities are, how they affect the business, and then include examples of entrepreneurial leaders who employ these qualities and how it helped to make their companies successful.
