Healthcare is a very essential part of any country, without healthcare, a country would struggle to exist. In recent time health care continues to change, and in the whole world the community hospitals and a practicing physician are facing several challenges. Economy is a factor have become more increasingly difficult to cross the community hospital (Battista J R & McCabe J, 1999).
