Ch. 12 Study Notes-Fillable.pdf

This is a fillable PDF file. You can print it and write on it if you wish. Find the answers and type the answers in the blanks. If you are unable to type your answers on the fillable pdf, you may type your answers in a Word document. You will need to number your answers on the Word document and type the answer that corresponds with that numbered blank. You will need to upload your completed Study Notes.   Once you have this completed, save the document to your computer. Save the file in the following format: Ch. 12 Study Notes - Your Full Name. For example, I would save the file as "Ch. 12 Study Notes - Shalon Farris". There is a video in the Online Orientation Module on how to submit assignments.

2. Cover Letter (20 points)
