Focus: Experential Assignment Guidelines

1-Identify the name of the venue, the date you attended, and the duration of the event. Identify the specific name of the exhibit, performance, or tour.

1.     In 3-5 full paragraphs, detail and explain the artistic nature of the event you attended. Explain the artistic features of the event, be it theater, art, or musical. If we have not covered the artistic genre of the event that you attended, you will need to make sure and do some research ahead of time and have possible notes with key terms that you can then identify as you take in the experience.

1.     Explain and identify how/why the artistic event fits in the broader cultural/artistic environment, either in Fort Wayne specifically or in that of America or even other parts of the world..

Explain and detail how/why the event was aesthetically pleasing for you. Also identify the type of audience who would find the event similarly attractive. 

1.     Finally, explain anything about the artistic event you attended that you didn’t find particularly satisfying or features of the event that you thought could have been done differently.
