1.      Compare and contrast the constructs of achievement and intelligence/aptitude, providing two (2) similarities and two (2) differences between them.

2.      Describe three (3) differences between objective and projective psychological tests. Describe one (1) situation in which objective psychological testing would be more effective and one (1) situation in which projective psychological testing would be more effective.

3.      Explain how response sets can impact behavioral assessments. Provide one (1) example using a “positive” behavior and one (1) example using a “negative” behavior.

4.      Describe two (2) benefits and two (2) limitations of using standardization in vocational assessment testing. Do you support the use of standardization in vocational assessment testing? Provide one (1) supporting fact to justify your position.
