white collar crime related criminal/civil case to research. The student will identify and prepare a discussion paper.  The paper should outline the case, document the charges and evidence from the state, the defenses arguments, the verdict, and identify case related issues which lead to the verdict. This paper will be graded based on content, clarity, organization, and use of proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. This paper should be three to four pages.  Students must cite at least two sources.
