What Kind of Change Model is ANZ using? Is it/are appropriate?

* I personally feel is Lewin's three step model but couldn't find much evidence to support my assumption. Need help to find. It's not a report neither essay. Just need some explanation and findings to support which change model is it and if it is appropriate anot.  Need it to be done within 2 hours.. A short one will do, don't have to be exactly too long
