•To present in detail your thoughts on how you will apply course concepts to your future work situations.  Use no more than three concepts, and be sure to describe the expected response by subordinates.

•This is to be written alone.

•2-3 pages in length, single spaced, 1-inch margins

 

Evaluation Criteria:

•Relevance of course concepts(Leadership attachment)

•Depth of understanding of leadership concept used 

oGive the paper a focal point (one particular experience or one/a few particular concepts/theories).

oMake sure you are accurately applying and explaining the concept.

•Strength of the link between the example and the concept

oProvide a specific, in-depth example to support your assertions.

•Quality of writing

Well-structured and clear, with no spelling or grammar mistakes (Have someone else proofread for you if this is something you are concerned about.)
