What is a 95% confidence interval for the time my coworkers can stay awake on average for all of my coworkers?

I am called upon to embark on a study. My goal is to restore productivity through the use of caffeine.  In order to see if 
 caffeine really works, I have observed the time, in hours, a random selection of ten of my coworkers who could stay 
awake at the extremely long-winded manager's meeting as soon as it started.  One fell asleep even before the meeting started!
