Describe an activity you enjoy (and engage in consistently) and discuss your motivation for engaging in that activity by applying the conceepts we discussed. Provide specific examples to support your response.
*For example what motivated you to go back to school to seek a college degree? This week we will explore motivation by focusing on basic motivates like hunger, sex, belonging and achievement. Although other motives exist, a closer look at these four reveals the interplay between nature (the physiology) and nuture the cognitive and cultural.
