Week 7 - Discussion 

Locate a real estate appraiser. Research to find out how properties are appraised. How do methods differ when the appraiser is looking at residential, multifamily, or commercial properties? What role do real estate agents and brokers play in the appraisal business? How are appraisers trained and ultimately licensed?

Narrate your findings in the discussion post and tell what you feel is the most important factor in the high appraisal of a property. Use a consent form and keep identities anonymous.
