Week 7 Discussion 3 – Cyber Norms

Much of the textbook reading this week is about various ideas for how countries might be able to reach agreement on some actions to improve cybersecurity.
This is often referred to as agreeing on “norms” for behavior in cyberspace.
There's no shortage of articles online that propose various ideas for what the norms might look like, or otherwise address the topic of trying to find agreement or even agreements that have been made between some countries. Your assignment for this discussion is to find some online article about this topic and to write a summary, at least 100 words long, about something you found interesting in the article.
