Based on the need you identified in 6.1 & 6.2 and the organization you previously identified, develop a Needs Statement that will provide the foundation for the proposal for Week 8’s assignment.  Be sure to read the information about Needs Statement document.  A needs statement is about a need in your community, not about a lack of funds in your organization.  Use the template provided for this assignment.  Be sure to include a title page and all four elements of a Needs Statement, based on the information in the Course Documents.  This must include data, so include a Reference Page and cite your sources.    Grading rubric provided.
