Reflective Journal 3: Developing My Skills as a Culturally Responsive Teacher

School administrators are becoming more aware of and responsive to the needs of diverse students and are expecting teachers to have a positive philosophy and effective approach to teaching diverse students.  Describe your current teaching situation, your skills as a culturally responsive teacher, your strengths, and areas where you could improve. Discuss ways in which you can continue to develop professionally in the area of being a culturally responsive teacher or administrator.
