Workplace Safety
This case involves a workplace safety issue.
- Read “Incident: The Safety Problem” on p. 254 of Nkomo, Fottler, and McAfee.
- Consider the questions associated with the case to help you identity relevant issues.
- Locate resources on the Internet or in the Walden Library to aid you in making a decision in the case.
Post by Day 3 a response (at least 150 words) containing a recommendation for addressing the problem. As part of your recommendation, include a description and evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of each of the alternatives for addressing the problem. Support your recommendation with proper APA citations from the Learning Resources and any other sources.
Read a selection of your colleagues’ postings.
Respond by Day 6 to two or more of your colleagues’ postings in one or more of the following ways:
- Ask a probing question.
- Share an insight from having read your colleague’s posting.
- Offer and support an opinion.
- Make a suggestion.
- Expand on your colleague’s posting.
