teacup2013For the project that you created a project charter for in week 3, create a Gantt chart and PERT diagram for the project. The Gantt chart must have 10 high-level tasks defined with a duration, start date, end date, and dependencies. A PERT diagram can be created from the Gantt chart. The Gantt chart can be created in Excel or any project management tool. MS Project is an example of project management software. You may use a free open-source software called GanttProject. This can be used on a MAC or PC and can be downloaded at: http://www.ganttproject.biz/
Submission Instructions:
See attachment for examples of a Gantt and PERT diagram. The PERT diagram is derived from the Gantt chart and tasks entered. You will need to add predecessors or other dependencies for each tasks to correctly create the Gantt chart.
