The Grantsmanship Center provides a list of the top giving foundations state by state.  https://www.tgci.com/funding-sources  Visit this site and identify three foundations that might fund your organization.  Identify their primary areas of focus.  Can you determine the average amount of the grants they award?  There is often a list of past grant awards.  If so, review this.  Is your organization among them?  A similar organization?  Is the funding limited geographically?  Some funders focus on a certain community, or even part of a city.  Identify and describe each of your selected foundations, including as much information as you can gather from the Grantsmanship site and the foundation websites.  Submit this information in a professional paper format.  Cite all sources in APA format.  Grading rubric provided.
