1. describe some of the processes that take place in a civil court trial.  Justify the length of time each process takes

   "Trial Process Problems" Please respond to the following:

   1. Suggest one problem with a civil trial process when dealing with computer crimes. The suggested problem can be directed toward the efficiency of the overall process, an ethical issue, or an issue directed at one of the accused or defending parties. Explain why this problem exists.
   2. Create a solution for your suggested problem with the civil trial process, and identify the responsible party that would be responsible for putting your suggestions into action. Also, describe any foreseen issues if your solution was put into action.
