Discussion 1: Group Project Peer Response

Last week, you completed work on your Group Project in which you developed a training program based on an assigned topic. In this Discussion, you will review the training program from another group and provide them feedback on their presentation.

Respond by Day 4 with at least 75 words to at least one other group’s project, addressing all of the following points:

• Evaluate how clearly the PowerPoint presentation accomplished the objectives, providing examples and references.
• Provide a recommendation to enhance the presentation, including a rationale for your recommendation.
• Provide an explanation for whether the survey delivers an accurate assessment of the training program’s effectiveness. Explain your rationale.
• Suggest one or more additional statements/questions to enhance the training assessment survey, including a rationale for your suggestion.

Return to this Discussion in a few days to read the responses to your initial posting. Note what insights you gained as a result of the comments your colleagues made.
