Week 5 Assignment Crim

Write a 2 page paper.  Address the following in your paper:

• Over the years we have heard horrendous stories about children that have been abducted. Some are murdered and others may eventually return home, but their lives are forever changed.
• Discuss how effective, or not, registration laws have been in preventing abduction by sexual predators?
• Argue:  Should the rights of possible victims take precedence over the privacy of convicted sex offenders?

Include a title page and 3-5 references.  Only one reference may be from the internet (not Wikipedia).
