Locate a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal article that presents either an experimental or correlational study on a topic related to counseling or human services.  Provide the APA citation for the article you select.  Present a brief (3-4 sentence summary of the article). Discuss at least two threats to internal validity and evaluate whether these were threats in the study you selected – explain your answers. Next, discuss at least two threats to external validity and consider whether these were threats in the study you selected – explain your response. Which do you consider to be more critical – high internal validity or high external validity (you must select one)? Why?
