For your course project work this week, consider what you have learned about diagnosing organizations and the diagnostic process.  Use that knowledge to complete the first milestone of your course project.

Milestone Two: Needs Assessment

For your course project work this week, consider what you have learned about collecting and analyzing diagnostic information.  Use that knowledge to complete the second milestone of your course project.

Use the selected organization and problem identified earlier in the course and determine which one or more of the diagnostic tools would be useful in collecting the organization data needed to plan a major change effort.  Describe what data you would collect and the method(s) for doing so.  Collect the data if possible.

Describe which of the quantitative and/or qualitative tools you would use for data analysis.  If you have collected data, perform the analysis.

Submit a draft bibliography of your final paper. Three to five peer-reviewed journal articles are required for this assignment.

Your assignment should be no fewer than 2-3 page(s) in length.
