Week 4 Discussion - Creativity and Team Dynamics - Organizationl Behavior

Pages 187 -188 of our text discuss the challenges recently faced by JC Penny Company.  Once a bastion of the US retail landscape, the organization has struggled as of late to remain relevant.  Some of its efforts to solve its problems have actually result in more issues.  Taking what we have learned from our text this week, and other sources you may have found, what could JC Penny have done differently to come to  better decisions about turning itself around?
