• It has been stated that managers recognize time, cost, and resource estimates as critical if planning, executing, and monitoring and controlling are to influence the success of the project. Research the Internet or the Strayer Library for articles on project manager guidelines in terms of time, cost, and resource estimates. Next, select a guideline that project managers can follow to develop useful and valuable work package estimates. Refer to your Week 3 Assignment 1, and determine at least two factors that have an impact on the time and cost estimate aspects of a project. Support your answer.
