WEEK_3_SWOTAnalysisWorksheet.docx - Write a paper in which you outline a 12-month personal networking plan designed to help you grow and address areas identified in your SWOT. Your plan should include
- A description of who you will network with (no real names, please),
- How each person or group is expected to help you address specific areas of your SWOT analysis,
- The method of networking, and
- The anticipated results.
End your paper with a discussion of how you plan to maintain your networking plan in the future and attach your SWOT worksheet. You may present your plan in table format.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) external resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 2-3 pages not including title and reference pages, and not including your SWOT worksheet.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.

For this assignment, complete the following:

- Read the articles on stress management and the blog by Ong (2015). http://www.projecttimes.com/articles/managing-stress-in-project-management.html
- Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to your organization’s project management office, in which you propose new stress management and stress reduction initiatives for immediate implementation on all projects. Your presentation should include the following:
- A definition of workplace stress and explanations of its causes, symptoms, and implications (both personally for those involved, and for the project and organization)
- An analysis of why stress is prevalent in the project management profession
- At least five new stress management/stress reduction initiatives aimed specifically at project managers. For each new strategy, explain how it works, the anticipated benefits, and lessons learned from similar initiatives in other companies
- An implementation plan, which should include collecting feedback from participants
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least one(1)scholarly resource. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12-15slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 50-100 words for each slide
