Employee Resource Groups

Organizations are often using “Employee Resource Groups” (ERGs) to support their diversity efforts. Summarize the ways that ERGs help an organization to move from a diversity model to an inclusion model. Evaluate their place in a comprehensive human resource plan. Please explain. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings no later than Day 7.

Expanding Definitions

Due to its historical context, much of the attention of diversity initiatives has focused on protected classes. Provide an example of what leaders can do to be inclusive of all dimensions of diversity including (but not limited to): job levels, psychographics, height/weight, etc. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings no later than Day 7.
