Week 3 Discussion 2 – IP Commission Recommendations

For your initial post, you must choose one of the recommendations from pages 4-7 of the IP Commission report and read more about that recommendation in the body of the report. Based upon what you read there, describe what the recommendation is intended to accomplish. Your post should be at least 100 words in length.
You must identify the recommendation by beginning your post by saying what page it is on and the number it is on that page. For instance:
[Page 5, bullet #7]
would identify the recommendation near the bottom of page 5 that starts “Amend the Economic Espionage Act ...”
