Imagine that you are the mayor of a small rural town and have recived a large federal grant to fund a daycare program for unwed teenage mothers. the intent of the mandated program is to allow those mothers to continue their education.

Write a 350- to 700 word memo to the town council in which you do the following

-Outline the implentation of the program

-Identify two groups who support the program and two groups who oppose the program.

-Discuss how you plan to address the concerns of those groups who oppose the program.

- Identify the program or organization who will be designated to implement this program and explain your choice.
