Historical Context Paper

Write a 2-3 page paper, in which you analyze one aspect of the history and evolution of thought, public policy and employment law related to diversity. An example might be the significant features of Civil Rights Act, the significant features or of Affirmative Action, the impact of diversity on workplace, laws and policies, or the evolution of workplace diversity and how it differs from Affirmative Action. Evaluate how this history supports or distracts from an ethical or competitive advantage rationale for diversity and inclusion.

This assignment is worth 9 points of the total course grade.
