Retrieve a minimum of 2 to 3 articles from the University Library that illustrate how local governments may uphold their missions and meet their community's needs.

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper in which you analyze a local community project to describe how it aligns with how public administrators interpret and implement a new policy. In your discussion consider the organizational strategic decision- making functions of local governments; and organizational forces impacting decision-making in public agencies and organizations.
