Change can be identified in more than one way, such as transitional change and transformational change.

For this first forum you will compare/contrast transitional change to transformational change. 

• Identify 3 characteristics of change in general.
• For transitional change, describe each of your identified characteristics.
• For transformational change, describe each of your identified characteristics.
• What are the similarities and/or differences of the characteristics you identified for transitional and transformational change?
