Twentieth Century African-American Artists: Postmodern Architecture.  Please write one paragraph per part with a minimum of 125 words for each part.

Part 1 Choose two of the following late 20th century African-American artists, and compare and contrast their art.  Bearden, Lawrence, Basquiat or Colescott.  Provide examples in your compairson.

Part 2  Describe two specific elements of the works fromthe chosen artist that represent the multiplicity of the African-American experience.  

Part 3 Identify one of these works (or some other by an African-American artist) that you would like in your workplace, and explain why.
