Week 1 Individual Assignment Case Management Overview overview

Write a 1,050- to 1,750-word case management overview paper that
includes the following:
Discuss the various roles and responsibilities of a case manager.
Explain the importance of being able to identify problems and
causes of behavior using theoretical models. Include at least one
theoretical cause of problem behavior.
Define what a special population is and discuss potential issues
that case managers should be prepared to address.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines. Use the sample
APA paper that has been provided to you as a guide for what your
completed paper should look like (i.e. how to properly format your
paper, use of section headings, reference section, etc.). The only
exception is that you will not include an abstract page in your papers.
